Join us June 12th at 6:00pm for Green Drinks hosted by the Port of Cascade Locks, The Green Living Journal and Gorge Owned at the Pavilion in the beautiful Cascade Locks Marine Park.
The event is focused on the intersection of the electric vehicle and solar industry—a combination gaining market appeal. Andy Kerr, a Solar Ambassador with Solar Oregon, will lead the discussion and will be bringing his electric Nissan Leaf for all to see.
Enjoy food provided by the Portland Spirit, beer from Full Sail Brewing, and wine from Klickitat Canyon Winery.
Hood River Valley High School E Rally Team will be demonstrating some of their student built electric racers.
The Port of Cascade Locks and the Portland Spirit, owners and operators of the Sternwheeler Columbia Gorge, are providing light appetizers. Beer is provided by Full Sail Brewing Co. and wine is provided by Klickitat Canyon Winery, a small family-run winery creating organic, unfiltered, additive-free wines in the old world tradition. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided by The Green Living Journal “A Practical Journal for Friends of the Environment”
